We provide bicycle inspection, servicing, adjustment, and repair on the basis of an intake review and mechanical inspection. Any final scope or price is confirmed only after the bicycle and relevant components have been examined, and additional work is performed only with approval where required.

Payments

Payments may be accepted by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, as applicable to the service arranged. For larger or more complex work, we may request a deposit and may require payment terms to be confirmed before parts are ordered or work begins.

Estimates and Parts

Quoted timing is an estimate only and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility must be checked, or the condition of the bicycle requires additional work. We do not guarantee exact parts, brands, colours, or completion dates until the relevant checks have been completed and confirmed.

Service work is carried out with reasonable care, but no bicycle service can be treated as a guarantee of complete safety, fault-free operation, or suitability for every road or riding condition. The customer remains responsible for regular use, maintenance, and safe riding practices after collection.
